Come celebrate Californias end of summer season as we mix up some infused mocktails, indulge in low dosed edible hor d'oeuvres and experience a gournet 4 course dinner paired with beautiful california grown cannabis flower.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our staff with an infused welcome mocktail and a sampling of delicious, mildly infused edibles made fresh by the chef during the welcome reception. You will then have a chance to meet and sample a variety of goods from local pruveyors. This will be a time for you to grab a drink from the bar (beer and wine included) as well as mingle with all of the other guests while enjoying some tunes.
After everyone has arrived, we guide you to the dining hall to indulge in a 4 Course pre fixe menu of non-psychoactive seasonal cuisine (vegetarian & gluten free options available). The menu will celebrate the season using farm fresh ingredients and sustainably focused practices. Between each course, we will be sampling a carefully curated list of different cannabis flower intermezzos from a local farm including a sativa, a high cbd and an indica.
Chef Coreen and her team will prepare your meal in the open kitchen as her husband and cannabis entrepreneur Ryan acts as your host for the evening. You will be guided through an exploration of an array of cannabis while discussing the current and future climate of the cannabis industry in California and hearing directly from the folks who represent the products you're sampling.
Our goal is to create the most comfortable and relaxed environment with tasty food, plenty to drink and wonderful people. At the end of the dinner each guest will be taking home a gift bag with a sampling of some of the evenings offerings and a few surprises.
