Come enjoy a wonderful party as we mix up some infused mocktails, indulge in low dosed edible hors-d'oeuvres and experience a gourmet 4-course non-psychoactive dinner. All paired with beautiful cannabis flower and amazing wine.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our staff with an infused welcome wine mocktail and a sampling of delicious, mildly medicated edibles made fresh by the chef during the welcome reception. You will then have a chance to meet and sample a variety of goods from local purveyors. This will be a time for you to grab a drink from the bar (beer and wine included) as well as meet and mingle with all of the other guests while enjoying some tunes.
After everyone has arrived, we move to the dining hall to indulge in a 4 Course pre-fixe menu of non-psychoactive seasonal cuisine (vegetarian option available). Our menus always celebrate the season using farm fresh ingredients and sustainably focused practices. Between the courses, we will be sampling a carefully curated list of different cannabis flower intermezzos from a local farm including a sativa, a high cbd and an indica. These will be paired based on terpenes and vintages alongside some specality wines picked out by Jamie Evans from HerbSomm.
Chef Coreen and her team will prepare your meal in the open kitchen as her husband and cannabis entrepreneur Ryan acts as your host for the evening. You will be guided through an exploration of an array of cannabis while discussing the current and future climate of the cannabis industry in California and hearing directly from the folks who represent the products you're sampling.
Our goal is to create the most comfortable and relaxed environment with tasty food, plenty to drink and wonderful people. At the end of the dinner, each guest will be taking home a gift bag with a sampling of some of the evening's offerings and a fresh edible take-home treat from the chef.
