This year we have an entire month to celebrate 420! Come join the party and see what all the hype is about!

 In 2015, The Cannaisseur Series was born in San Francisco, CA. Married duo - Chef Coreen Carroll and Ryan Bush created the first-ever monthly Cannabis Pop Up Restaurant in the U.S. and have been curating these events in California for the past 5 years. Now, in 2020 we're excited to announce that we are planning our first Chicago dinner series with a beloved, local Chicago venue.  This exclusive event is the first-ever Cannaisseur Series in Chicago and will be a special memory for all that attend. 

Join us as we mix up some cannabis-infused, zero-proof cocktails, dance to fun tunes, indulge in low dosed edible canapes and experience a 4 course, cannabis flower paired dinner. 

Upon arrival, we will guide you to the outdoor reception where you will be greeted with a sampling of delicious, mildly infused passed hor' dourves by the chef and a delicious sampling by POTLI including infused honey, oils, sriracha, and vinegar. Gather around the fire pit and enjoy the delightful tunes from our musical guest, Jess Godwin. Here you will have a chance to grab a drink from the libations bar and meet and mingle with all of the other guests. 

After the welcome reception and all guests have arrived, we guide you to the dining tables to indulge in a 4-course pre-fixe menu of infused, non-psychoactive cuisine showcasing the full spectrum of the cannabis plant with various components like CBD, THCA, and cannabis leaves. Between each course, we will be sampling a carefully curated list of different cannabis flower intermezzos including a sativa, a high cbd, and an indica strain. 

Chef Coreen has been dubbed the honor one of America's Top 10 Cannabis Chefs, and she and her team will prepare your meal in the open kitchen as her husband and cannabis entrepreneur Ryan acts as your host for the evening. He will guide you along your journey of exploring an array of cannabis while discussing the current and future climate of the cannabis industry.

Our events are designed for both the novice and the experienced cannabis consumer. Our goal is to curate an enjoyable experience for everyone who attends, no matter how much or how often they may consume. Our staff is trained and very knowledgable, we even have methods to level you back out if you happen to over-consume. Come enjoy cannabis as you never have before.

The Cannaisseur Series is a ONE 4 ONE Company. For every ticket sold, we donate one meal to a local organization where the event is held.                                                                                                 Funds from this event will go to the GREATER CHICAGO FOOD DEPOSITORY.

Restrictions

Dietary Restrictions: There are low THC bites to start off the evening and then we serve a pre-fixe menu for the dinner that uses parts of the plant that do not create a euphoria.  We do have a vegetarian option available for this event. Please make sure we are notified of any allergies no later than 1 week before the event. We will try to accommodate as best we can. Vegan & Dairy-Free options are NOT available for this specific event as doing so requires substantial disruption to the flow of a meal that is designed to be the same for an entire seating of diners, and requires dedicating too much of our kitchen’s resources to a small number of those diners. We recommend that diners come with an open mind, ready to try things they might not ordinarily prefer, trusting that they will undoubtedly find most things easy to like.
