PROST!!! Come celebrate Germany’s biggest party and our own Executive Chef’s heritage with a one of a kind Oktoberfest experience.
For our third annual HightOberfest celebration we will be offering a seated four course dinner of traditional and non-traditional German Fare with intermezzos of local cannabis from some of Northern California’s best brands. Of course we encourage everyone to come dressed in their best lederhosen, dirndels and other classic German garb!
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our staff with an infused welcome mocktail and a sampling of delicious, mildly infused traditional German edibles made fresh by the chef during the welcome reception. You will then have a chance to meet and sample a variety of goods from local pruveyors. This will be a time for you to grab a drink from the bar (German beer and wine included) as well as mingle with all of the other guests while enjoying some festive tunes.
After everyone has arrived, we guide you to the dining hall to indulge in a 4 Course pre fixe menu of non-psychoactive seasonal cuisine (vegetarian options available). The menu will showcase Fraulein Chef’s German Heritage while using farm fresh, California ingredients and sustainably focused practices to create the perfect German/California Fusion. Between each course, we will be sampling a carefully curated list of different cannabis intermezzos from a local farm including a sativa, a cbd and an indica.
Chef Coreen and her team will prepare your meal in the open kitchen as her husband and cannabis entrepreneur Ryan acts as your host for the evening. You will be guided through an exploration of cannabis while discussing the current and future climate of the cannabis industry in California and hearing directly from the folks who represent the products you're sampling.
Our goal is to create the most comfortable and relaxed environment with tasty food, plenty to drink and wonderful people. Ofcourse expect to hear some classic Oktoberfest music hits throughout the event. At the end of the dinner each guest will be taking home a gift bag with a sampling of some of the evenings offerings and a few surprises.
